Indian Space Research Organization or ISRO is a space research centre controlled by the Indian Government. The modern form of ISRO was created way back in the year 1969. Its headquarter is located in the city of Bangalore but all the activities related to vehicles launching, satellites and other space programmes are carried out at different ISRO center throughout the length and breadth of India. ISRO launches its satellites from Sriharikota.
